From the moment I met Anne and her son Shane, I had a good feeling that this was the right Company to handle the sale of my parent’s home and contents, as Mom had moved into a retirement community. Anne and Shane were very informative about A. Smith Auction Group and what they could accomplish. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction and I decided on the spot to hire them and never regretted it.
Much of its contents of antiques and collectibles, were buried under layers of dirt, mold, insulation and “worse”. They worked several hot, sweaty, dirty days at the house to get it and the personal property ready for auction. Their staff discovered items that the family didn’t know existed and cleaned them up prior to Auction.
They were very compassionate about the situation and made me feel at ease during an emotional time. The auction itself went very well!! The proceeds on the Real Estate and contents went well beyond our family’s “guestimation” due to great marketing and presentation of the items auctioned.
I highly recommend A. Smith Auction Group. I have found them to be a blessing.

.......My husband and I were considering how to sell our home and many belongings. I happened to speak with Shane at one of our Senior Awareness meetings and found him to be very knowledgeable and sincere as we spoke of Real Estate and personal property auctions.
